About

The Buddha Den serves as a touchstone for the Dayton music scene circa 2000-something. We’re extremely proud of Dayton’s musical legacy. We would like to think we’re continuing its traditions. We’d love for you to be a part of it. Although we’re all about Dayton, we love to find new music from anywhere else that wants to find us. Yeah, we really like music.

In the interest of full disclosure, Kyle Melton also writes for the Dayton City Paper, is organizing the Dayton Music Fest with fellow local music journalist, Don Thrasher, and plays in Smug Brothers with Thrasher as well. Yeah, we keep busy around here.
